I’ve long understood that my health is a reflection of the care I take of my body and and what I put into it on a daily basis. Herbs were present in my life ever since my childhood – sage, mint, rosemary, thyme, etc. That’s why I have a lot of respect for Chinese medicine and enjoy using many of its products.
